Beach body ready (45 minutes) - £35

This treatment using Gatineau products. A full body exfoliation is followed by an application of moisturiser. In the summer months, a tan enhancing moisturiser will replace the AHA ultra moisturising body cream to help with that sun kissed glow. A flash facial is incorporated into this treatment also using Gatineau products. 

Massages

Ease away the tension and stress that everyday life can bring. We offer a classic Swedish massage, Hot stone massage as well as paraffin wax treatments.

Hot Stone Massage

This massage incorporates one of the world’s most abundant igneous rocks – Basalt Stone. The benefits of using these stones are that they remove toxins and waste products from the muscle, relieve stress and depression, are good for stiff joints and promote relaxation.

Paraffin Wax Massage 

Paraffin wax can be a luxurious addition to a massage with the warm wax being applied to the area before or after a massage. This treatment is ideal if you suffer from muscle tension as well as any rheumatic diseases as the heat helps circulation and relaxes the muscles, which also helps to relieve pain caused by arthritis, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.
